TX Cannabis Operator Gives Veterans Free Medical Marijuana Prescriptions

AUSTIN, TX – Goodblend, a licensed medical cannabis operator, is offering veterans with PTSD and other qualifying medical conditions a free medical marijuana prescription.

The dispensary shared that normally these prescriptions cost $200-$300, according to KXAN. They hope by offering this free prescription that it keeps veterans off the black market and provides easier access to this treatment.

Goodblend rolled out their veteran impact program with these free prescriptions in the past month and have prescribed to around 200 veterans already.

Another aspect of this program is education and informing veterans of their eligibility to purchase medical marijuana.
