Vegan Cannabutter Recipe
Follow these simple steps to create a tasty vegan cannabutter that you can use in any recipe you choose.

- 1/4 to 1/2 ounces of cannabis flower
- 1 cup of vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon of Sunflower lecithin
Decarb your flower in the oven by spreading it evenly on a foil-lined tray and warming it in the oven at 240° F for 25–45 minutes. Allow to cool.
Finely chop or grind the dry, activated cannabis flower.
Place the cannabis, vegan butter, and sunflower lecithin in a mason jar.
Close the jar and place it into a pot of cold water. Bring the water to a boil for 2 to 3 hours.
Strain the vegan cannabutter through a cheesecloth into a container for storage.
Allow to cool.
Use your vegan cannabutter for all your cannabis cooking needs.
