Cannabis Cheddar Bacon Scones

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onion sliced to ¼ of an inch
  • 1 Tbsp parmesan
  • 1 cup cooked bacon bits roughly ½ inch squares
  • 1 cup cannabutter

Instructions
 

  • If you haven’t already, prep your ingredients by chopping them ahead of time
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
  • With a fork, masher, or baking spatula, mix in the cannabutter with the dry ingredients until fully combined
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and apple cider vinegar together. Combine thoroughly.
  • Now, mix the wet and dry ingredients together, combining well.
  • Once combined, add in the green onion, cheeses, and cooked bacon bits into the batter.
  • Roll the batter into 12 equally sized balls, placing them onto a lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 20 - 22 minutes, until they are golden brown on the edges
  • Allow scones to cool for 10 minutes before serving
