Combine ingredients in a large plastic freezer bag.
Squeeze excess air out of the bag and seal it.
Refrigerate the marinade for 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 175°F.
Put a lining of aluminum foil in a baking pan. Place a wire rack on top of the foil.
Remove the bag and place the beef on a dry paper towel sheet to soak up the extra marinade.
Lay the beef on the wire rack.
Bake the beef for 2-3 hours until the beef looks dry. The longer you bake the jerky, the chewier it will be.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Serve or store it in an airtight container.
