Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Saucepan
  • 2 spoons (1 to stir & 1 to spoon candy)
  • 59 mL Cannabutter
  • 237 mL granulated sugar
  • 79 mL corn syrup
  • Candy Thermometer
  • Flavored Jell-O (Cherry, Strawberry, or Grape are great flavors to start with.)
  • Wax Paper or tin foil
  • Candy molds
  • Lollipop Sticks
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • Melt your cannabutter and sugar together in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  • Insert a candy thermometer inside of the pan, being careful not to touch it.
  • Stir in syrup with a spoon to a boil until temp reaches 135°C
  • Remove the pan from the stove and quickly and carefully mix in Jell-O. NOTE: The candy mixture is dangerously hot and can burn you. Be Careful!
  • Spray spoon with cooking spray and quickly scoop candy into a sprayed mold. (Or, scoop candy into small circles onto wax paper or aluminum foil.)
  • Insert lollipop sticks and let them cool.

OPTIONAL: Wrap each Weed Lollipop with saran wrap.
