If you haven’t already, prep your ingredients by chopping them ahead of time
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
With a fork, masher, or baking spatula, mix in the cannabutter with the dry ingredients until fully combined
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and apple cider vinegar together. Combine thoroughly.
Now, mix the wet and dry ingredients together, combining well.
Once combined, add in the green onion, cheeses, and cooked bacon bits into the batter.
Roll the batter into 12 equally sized balls, placing them onto a lined baking tray.
Bake for 20 - 22 minutes, until they are golden brown on the edges
Allow scones to cool for 10 minutes before serving
